1. COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION
The company Leica Geosystems S.L. with address Carrer de Nicaragua, 46, 08029 Barcelona and identified with the number B-61395497 organizes the draw (hereinafter, "the Promotion") at a international level, to be carried out through the Internet , in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section.
The purpose of this draw is to reward the loyalty of the brand's followers and publicize its services among different agents.
2. START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will start on July 4, 2022 at 11:59 a.m., and will end on July 18 at 11:59 a.m.
3. REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION
The participation requirements will be the following:
Has 18 years of age and not live in Cuba, North Korea, Belarus, Iran, Russia, Síria, Crimea, Venezuela.
Only those Participants who are holders of a LinkedIn account may participate.
Participants must comment on the brand's publication on the LinkedIn social network by tagging 1 friend and like the CPEC Linkedin Profile, and recommend the giveaway post.
Entrants may only participate with a single LinkedIn profile. If it is detected that a Participant participates with several LinkedIn profiles, they will be disqualified. Every comment or recommendation will count as a successful entry to the giveaway,with the possibility to accumulate participations.
4. CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES
The winner will be chosen randomly through the Easypromos platform. The winner will be announced on July 18 through the brand's LinkedIn profile.
The prize will consist of a selection of Leica Promotional products including some customized for the company and brand new surveying equipment. There will be only one winner. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be changed or altered. The Company reserves the right to modify the prize if, on the day of declaring the participant as the winner, there are stock problems and, therefore, the impossibility of being able to give it.
Leica Geosystems will contact the winner within a period of 15 days from the resolution of the draw. In the event that within 3 days from the contact Leica Geosystems does not receive a response from the winner, an alternative winner will be chosen.
The holding of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.
5. DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PE NALTIES
If it becomes evident that any of the Participants does not meet the requirements of the Bases, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered null and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.
The Company reserves the right to declare the draw void.
6. PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, that are offensive, insulting or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Nor will comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image be allowed. We will not be responsible for the damages caused by the comments made by the Participants in the Promotion, and that at any time could offend the sensitivity of other Participants.
Participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of the comments made by the Participants in the publications, may not under any circumstances violate LinkedIn's Terms of Use.
If the Company is found to be using fraudulent means of entry, such as the use of comment bots, the prize will not be awarded to you and will remain the property of the Company.

By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the Participant regarding the prize. you get from this Promotion.
We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the realization of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.
In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, either due to fraud detected in it, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of the Company and that affects the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participating website
